Deliveries are made within Sydney Western Suburbs, Parramatta-Hills District, Outer Western Suburbs and South Western Suburbs. Delivery costs will be confirmed at time of order or we are also available for your order to be picked up by appointment only.
Products of JVG Creations are sold without defects. Damaged goods must be notified within 2 days of receipt by telephone or email, otherwise no claims will be accepted. We ask you to choose carefully as all our products will be sold on a non-refund basis unless they have been proven faulty or damaged. JVG Creations policy is to replace any item that is proven faulty or damaged. We make sure that our products are sturdy enough to withhold shipping but easy enough to dismantle. We do our utmost to guarantee that our goods arrive in the highest possible condition to the recipient, however during shipping, a natural degree of motion is anticipated and does not represent harm or a defective product. We apply a fairness test to this, so if you have any worries about how the product has arrived, we just ask you to take a picture and contact us to discuss it.
All orders are created in a pet and smoke free environment. Please note whilst all care is taken, our items are not toys and adult supervision is required at all times. Be aware that small items such as rubber bands, balloons and decorations can be a choking hazard to small children as well as some sharp objects at times which JVG Creations will take no responsibly.
